Fishguard Lower Town is a bright cheery retro style painting inspired by the 1930’s railway style art. The Barbour is at the bottom hill where I live and I am often down there working on boats. This image of a fishing boat along side the quay at high water is just what I love as you can get to see the boats close up with all their shapes and clouds as they are a constant source of inspiration for artist’s the world over
